This Shipping & Returns Policy explains how La Taylor handles shipping charges, delivery expectations, customs and duty responsibility, and final-sale return rules.
1. Shipping Charges
Shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer for orders totaling $150 and under.
Orders above $150 may qualify for complimentary shipping only when that offer is clearly stated at checkout or on the website.
2. Delivery Timing
Shipping and delivery timelines are estimates only. Carrier delays, weather, customs processing, peak seasons, and other factors outside our control may affect delivery dates.
3. Customs, Duties, and Import Charges
All customs duties, import fees, brokerage charges, taxes, and any other border-related costs are 100% the responsibility of the customer.
La Taylor is not responsible for delays, additional charges, holds, or refused delivery caused by customs or import processes.
4. Address Accuracy
Customers are responsible for entering complete and accurate shipping information at checkout. We are not responsible for delivery issues caused by incorrect or incomplete shipping details provided with an order.
5. Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Shipments
If your order arrives damaged, contains the wrong item, is missing an item, or appears delayed beyond a reasonable carrier window, please contact Customer Support with your order number and any relevant photos or details.
6. Returns
No returns are accepted.
Because all sales are final, customers should review sizing, product details, and shipping information carefully before placing an order.
7. Order Refusal or Non-Delivery
If a package is refused, abandoned, or not accepted due to unpaid duties, customs charges, or failed delivery attempts, any resulting fees, return charges, or losses remain the customer’s responsibility.
